Ok sure you are ready for the kids to go back to school so you can get back to sanity and back in a routine, but they are not ready to go!
There is a lot more than just adjusting wake up and bedtimes. There is the infamous school supply and school clothes shopping that usually break the piggy bank, but there is even more. Has your child picked up a book in recent history? Have they practiced sitting and thinking about a puzzle or problem? It is just as important…if not more important to get your child’s mind back on track for school.
So visit the library. Have them read a book and write about it. Have them do a math puzzle or play a trivia game. Get them thinking!

I am so excited to tell you that I am a stay a home mom that is enjoying every moment of the summer with my girls. I just a few short years…my girls will be in college and I will be an empty nester and I don’t want to look back on these days and think about what I missed.
I love driving them to soccer, basketball and swimming. I love taking them all over to their friends house and then having A LOT of teen girls at my house for sleepovers during the week…since I am the mom that is HOME!
The best things are the spontaneous times when we can just take off with the dogs and go to a park.

Passion is defined as a strong or extravagant fondness, enthusiasm, or desire for something. Working from home demands a strong passion for wanting to spend more time with our family, as well as, a passion to be in control of our finances and future. Many people want to stay home and work. Many people would love to have a job at home that would allow them time freedom and more money than they could ever make, but they lack passion. It takes a great deal of passion to make things happen. It’s easy to go to a job and punch a clock every day, but it takes a lot of effort to take the kids to day care or school, clean the house, cook the meals and find time to spend with your family afterwards. Why would anyone want to waste all that precious time and energy just trying to live life? Having a home business is so much easier. I have peace because I know where my kids are, I know that Ican make their appointments and still have my job. Knowing I am not too exhausted to play a game with them before bed means everything to me. If you are passionate about working from home, you can be in charge of your life.
I am so happy to say that I am home everyday when my kids are home from school this summer.
With my old corporate job, I used to have to pay A LOT of money to the babysitter to watch my school age kids all day long and then never got to take them to the park, zoo, movies, etc.

Imagine the benefit your child receives from watching your organizational skills, communicating , and problem solving with others. Children are learning the value of hard work to achieve their dreams. I have always thought of residual income and financial security going hand in hand in a successful womens home based business but I have never realized what an impact it has on future generations.
Children learn how to win and how to lose gracefully and when to accept the pitfalls even if only temporary. We are grooming a whole new generation of work at home business entrepreneur’s and do not even realize it. The next time your child asks while you are working at home and why you are so kind and so helpful and all that stuff helps you bring money into the home ……..tell them it is your legacy to them while they are growing up wondering what they want to be when they grow up.
